UMRAH TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration & Payment
Upon registration, a deposit payment of $1,000 per person or $2,000 for Umrah Plus packages is needed to secure seats. No booking will be made before the deposit payment. Balance payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before the departure date.

Price & Package Details
The price of the Umrah package includes flight with tax, visa, accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), umrah, ziarah, gifts & medical + travel insurance (EMA). The price of the Umrah package does not include the cost of vaccination & other personal expenses. Date of departure, flight, location of hotel (same standard) & itinerary is subject to change when necessary. Child: 2 – 11 years old. Infant: Under 2 years old.

Changes / Cancellation of Package
The company reserves the right to make changes to or cancel any of our packages without prior notice for any reason whatsoever. Refunds will be made to customers where necessary. If the refund is not possible, payment made by customers may be brought forward to future trips with the company.

Upon confirmation, no cancellations are allowed when flight tickets have been issued.

Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels and tour operators. Administrative and cancellation charges may apply.

Visa
A successful visa application is subject to approval from the Saudi Arabia government. Booking of accommodation, transportation, and other ground services need to be fulfilled and paid for before visas can be issued. Once visas are issued, there will be no refund for unutilized services should the pilgrims not be able to depart as scheduled.

Price, package details, and deposit amount needed will depend on the destination country and will be advised accordingly. The tour itinerary is subjected to change when necessary.

Visa
The need for a visa will depend on the individual country’s requirements and will be advised accordingly.
